How is the interior organised?+
X7 has 36.5 m² usable and 39 m² built area, with separate living room, bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen connections are prepared; kitchen furniture and appliances are optional. Explore the plan and 360° tour.
Why discuss the location before quoting?+
We assess site condition, slope, drainage, truck access, obstacles and crane working space. Qualified specialists must assess soil and foundations, using a geotechnical study where needed.
How is comfort provided in colder weather?+
X7 includes thermal insulation, LOW-E glazing and two 12,000 BTU Midea Inverter units for heating and cooling. In colder locations, foundation preparation and frost protection for water connections form part of project planning. Our team guides you on site preparation and using the systems during the colder season.
Can I rent out the capsule?+
The capsule can be considered for accommodation or glamping, subject to site suitability and applicable requirements.
What does the €39,500 promotional price include?+
The standard X7 configuration described here and VAT. Transport, crane hire, siting, installation and site works are calculated separately.
Is the kitchen included?+
The kitchen area and connections are prepared. Cabinets, worktop, extractor hood and kitchen equipment are not standard. A kitchen system is available as an option.
How much are delivery and installation?+
Costs depend on distance, access, required crane, ground or foundations and the complexity of siting. We quote after receiving your location.
Is X7 available now?+
A limited batch includes available units and units in transit. We confirm current availability and lead time directly on WhatsApp.
