Planning your site
The right house starts with the right site.
Tell us the project location and send photos of the land and access route. Together we assess the site condition, slope, drainage, utility connections, delivery access and space for a crane.
Soil bearing capacity and the foundation solution must be assessed by qualified local specialists, with a geotechnical study where needed. Photos alone cannot establish soil suitability. This assessment helps define preparation works and the complete installation quote.
